I got both my car and renters insurance through them, and I’ve been working with my agent, Will. I ran into an issue with my previous car insurance provider regarding an outstanding balance. I had called them a few times myself but never fully understood what they were saying. When I spoke to Will about it, he took the time to discuss it with Dianne and then suggested a three-way call to clear things up. "Do not get insurance here. I cancelled my policy with them and they continued to take money out of my account without my consent or knowledge. They wouldn't return my calls on the matter so I went to corporate. I was told only a portion might be refunded and that if I wanted the rest I would have to get it from my ex-wife. My response was I need every penny you took from me without my knowledge or consent and I have yet to hear from them."
